We understand the dental office can be a new and overwhelming experience. We aim to make it comfortable and relaxing. Our goal is to create positive dental visits for all, while educating families to instill good dental habits and establish a lifetime of glowing oral health.
Dr. Hayley Faulkner
is passionate about creating a positive experience at the dentist for babies and children including those with special needs. She provides expert care while creating a welcoming environment to promote oral health from infancy to adulthood.
Born and raised in London, Ontario, she completed her Masters in Biomedical Engineering and her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at the University of Toronto. After working as a general dentist, her love for treating children led her to obtain a Specialty in Pediatrics from the University of Minnesota. This specialization allows her to understand your child, their teeth and how to meet their specific needs.
Dr. Faulkner is a clinical instructor in the dental program at Western University’s Schulich School of Dentistry. She is also a clinical member of the Canadian Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Canadian Paediatric Society, The Royal College of Dentists of Canada, Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity, International Consortium of Ankylofrenula Professionals, International Association for Disability and Oral Health, The Canadian Dental Association and Ontario Dental Association. In addition, she is a member of the London Police Service.
In her spare time, you will find her painting, skiing, and enjoying quality time with her husband Jeff, son Graham and daughter Romi along with their family and friends.
Dr. Clive Friedman
is a Pediatric Dentist that has dedicated his career to the dentistry community through his own pediatric dental practice, teaching, lecturing locally and internationally along with his participation in a number of dentistry focused committees, organizations and boards.
Jodie
is our Clinical Manager who has developed a passion and found joy in helping patients and families achieve their dental goals. As a Dental Assistant her aim is to provide our families with a welcoming environment where she can share her professional knowledge gained over 26 years of working in the dental field.
Anita
is a Dental Assistant at our clinic, bringing enthusiasm and expertise to our team. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery from MGR University, India, and graduated from Dental Assisting at Fanshawe College in 2015. Additionally, she obtained certificates in Medical Office Administration and Dental Treatment Coordination.
Outside the office, Anita unwinds with journaling, podcasts, and family picnics. Fluent in multiple languages, including Hindi, Anita welcomes you to come and say “vanakam,” “vanthanam,” and “Namaste”!
Aura
is a Dental Assistant and an enthusiastic member of the Imagine Children’s Dentistry team. She enjoys being part of the journey our patients and their families go on as we teach the importance of oral health.
Aura was born and raised in Colombia and is a graduate from General Dentistry at the Universidad Autonoma de Manizales. She worked in Colombia providing care to families in underprivileged communities where she discovered working with kids is her passion. She loves not only treating her patients but teaching them that a dentist appointment is something they can look forward to. Aura moved to Canada in 2021 to pursue a postgraduate education in Health Care Administration Management continuing to expand her knowledge of the dentistry profession internationally.
When she is not at the office or continuing her studies Aura enjoys working out and eating ice cream! And she…espera poder conocerte pronto!
Dina
is a Dental Assistant who also holds a degree in Computer Science. Dina’s passion lies in working with children, including those with special needs. She finds joy in providing them with a positive and comfortable experience during their dental visits.
Dina enjoys taking road trips together with her daughter to explore the beautiful province of Ontario. Dina has a deep appreciation for nature and loves trail walking and outdoor activities. Originally from the Philippines, Dina is fluent in Tagalog and Visayan.
Jenny
is our energetic Dental Assistant specializing in sterilization; she’ll make sure everything is perfect for your visit!
With a Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry from the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru, she has dedicated over two decades to providing care to families in her hometown. Moving to Canada in 2023 with her 2 teenage kids, husband, and dog Jack, Jenny studied Health Care Administration Management.
When she’s not keeping us flowing here at Imagine, Jenny loves dancing, especially salsa and merengue. She also enjoys nature and walking, so you might find her exploring walking trails in London with Jack! She speaks Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese ~estou ansiosa para conhecê lo~
Sarah
is our skillful Administrative Manager who thrives on making the math make sense. With over 10 years experience in dental administration and accounting, she’s our billing and insurance expert. Sarah will help to navigate the numbers so your little one can be your priority and focus when you’re with us.
Outside of Imagine, she enjoys listening to audiobooks and loud music – you may catch her car dancing on her way to work! Sarah also loves to travel, seeking new adventures and delicious food. Make sure to tell her your favourite destination; she always appreciates a recommendation and is likely planning her next trip!
Krissie
is an Administrative team member at Imagine Children’s Dentistry, bringing her extensive background in teaching both locally and in China to her role. She is passionate and dedicated to making sure children feel seen, heard, and valued.
She currently teaches Kindergarten part-time and naturally brings that experience and knowledge to complement our administrative team. Her attention to creating a warm and comfortable experience extends to parents as well – Krissie always ensures families are feeling relaxed and confident every step of the way. She’ll take time to help you through questions about billing or treatment and point you in the direction of our kid-free Parent Hideaway for a cup of coffee when you visit!
In her spare time, she enjoys both art and music, as well as getting out camping as often as possible, no matter the weather, with her four children and three dogs. Krissie is fluent in French, and… elle a hâte de vous voir!
Teresa
is a knowledgeable Dental Administrator who enjoys the blend of clinical and social aspects of dentistry.
She is currently a student at Western University for Health Sciences Honours Specialization, with a passion for oral health research in oral pathology and restorative dentistry. Teresa speaks Vietnamese and brings her language skills to better support patients in their care experience. When she’s not working or studying, Teresa loves rock climbing, nature walks, and finding great new places for ice cream.
Lisa
is a Certified Nurse Practitioner whose career has spanned 40 years at both the Hospital for Sick Children and Children’s Hospital London Health Sciences Centre. Retiring from hospital nursing in 2021, she is thrilled to be joining the Imagine Children’s Dentistry team.
Dr. Mohamad Ahmad
Dr. Ahmad is a medical anesthesiologist, his goals are to provide your child with a safe and positive anesthetic experience.
Dr. David Sommerfreund
Dr. Sommerfreund is a pediatric anesthesiologist at London Health Sciences Centre and St. Joseph’s Health Care London and an associate professor in the Department of Anesthesia and Perioperative Medicine at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University.
